What Currity is
Currity is a calendar and record-keeping tool. It tracks the certification dates you give it and emails you before they lapse.
It does not verify that any credential is genuine, current, or sufficient for the work being performed. That responsibility stays with you as the employer. A green board means the dates you entered have not passed, and nothing more than that.
Your account
You are responsible for who you give access to, and for the accuracy of what you or your team enter. One account covers one company.
Your data
Your crew records are yours. You can export them as CSV at any time from the compliance report, and we will return a full export on request if you leave.
If a payment fails, the account becomes read-only for 30 days rather than being deleted. Compliance records are the thing you cannot afford to lose, and we are not going to hold them hostage or throw them away.
Email delivery
Currity sends warning emails on a schedule. We work hard to make that reliable, but email is not guaranteed. It can be delayed, filtered or rejected by systems outside our control.
Do not rely on Currity as your only control for a safety-critical deadline. It is there to catch what a person would otherwise miss, not to replace them.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Liability
Currity is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email account owners before it takes effect rather than quietly updating this page.
